The Bernoulli Center for Economics (University of Basel) and the INREDD laboratory (Université Cadi Ayyad) invite submissions for the Seventh Workshop in Macroeconomics. The two-day conference will take place on June 5-6, 2020 at the Université Cadi Ayyad in Marrakech – Morocco.
We welcome submissions with a focus on macroeconomics, monetary economics, and labor economics, as well contributions in search, matching, or information frictions.
Topics and Objective
Topics covered include macroeconomics, monetary economics, and labor economics, as well as contributions related to search, matching, or information frictions. The objective of the conference is to bring together people from all fields of macroeconomics to initiate more collaboration. With the choice of the conference venue in Marrakech, we also intend to strengthen the cooperation between the University of Basel and the Université Cadi Ayyad.
Submission of papers
The deadline for full-paper submissions is February 29th, 2020. Interested authors should submit their papers in electronic form (PDF) to macromarrakech@benomics.org and will be contacted shortly after the deadline. Applications by ambitious Ph.D. students will also be considered.
Registration Details
There is no registration fee and we provide accommodation for three nights. Once in Marrakech, the local organizers provide help with getting around.
